About Mike Yohay

Mike is a REALTOR® known for his genuine enthusiasm, unique insights, and sharp negotiation skills. Having an MBA and more than 10 years of experience as a small business owner, he’s obsessed with creating an engaging and customized experience for his clients. No matter which hat he’s wearing, his goal is simple – to empower his clients to move confidently and strategically through their real estate journey.

During his career, Mike has worked with clients across a wide range of backgrounds – from newcomers to experts, Bay Area natives to recent transplants. He thrives on educating his clients and maintaining loyalty and transparency throughout their relationship. The average non-Compass agent spends just a fraction of their time with clients, but thanks to our stellar technology and full-time, in-house support staff, Mike will focus his full attention on you. In addition to being a REALTOR®, Mike co-owns a boutique fitness studio with his wife Brittany. Their daughter attends a Berkeley public school, where Mike is an active member of the PTA. He and his family have deep roots in the East Bay, where you can find him running trails with his dogs, cheering on his soccer-playing daughter, and savoring the local foodie culture with his wife.
