About James Masi

James has been a proud Bay Area resident for over 12 years. He originally started in the clean energy sector as an avid environmentalist but eventually wanted to make a personal and direct impact on people's lives by focusing on residential real estate. James loves meeting with new clients, negotiating on their behalf, and being a dependable resource for them through the transaction and beyond.

James and his wife purchased a condo in the SF neighborhood of Mission Bay.  James became a VP on the Board of Directors of his HOA because he wanted to completely understand and assist in the building operations. When COVID hit, they moved to Concord but became landlords in the process by renting out their condo. James understands not only what it means to become a first-time homeowner, but also how to leverage that home in order to upgrade.

James believes that real estate transactions are one of the most important financial actions in a person’s life and he is committed to providing value by providing meaningful solutions to issues and being a dependable, trusted advisor. His central goal is to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience for his clients.

When not working real estate, he loves to travel internationally with his wife, attend Bay Area live sporting events, take his rescue dog Honey on nature hikes, and visit family in his home state of New Jersey.
